Teen Yoga & Mindfulness

Teen mindfulness focuses on stress relief through practical and hands-on non-religious activities to help them be healthier, happier and more successful. Each class starts with physical centering through yoga and stretching and ends with a guided relaxation and focused mindfulness practice, as well as exploring different breathing techniques and a wide range of hands on mindfulness activities.

*Homeschool students who take the Wednesday Homeschool Bundle have the option to add Teen Yoga & Mindfulness at a discounted rate.

  • Wednesday 6:30pm - 7:45pm
