Build It! Physics and Engineering

Learn by doing in this fun, project based approach to physics! Students will be given engineering challenges and building exercises that are hands-on and promote creative thinking and problem solving to make learning physics tangible and exciting! A combination of freeform building and guided tinkering will broaden their understanding of practical and conceptual physics and engineering. Materials are provided containing everything students need to complete the challenge and learning samples will be provided that meet elementary science requirements! Each class ends with a meet and greet with a live animal from our studio!

*Homeschool students who sign up for both Build It! Physics & Engineering and Teen Studio Art qualify for the Wednesday Middle School Homeschool Package discount of $250 per month or $780 per semester and can stay for the half hour between the two classes at no extra charge.
